Bowl Special Show Tomorrow at 2 PM ET

The Notre Dame Sports Radio Show is hosting a bowl special show tomorrow at 2 PM ET on BlogTalkRadio.com. The guys will discuss Notre Dame's loss to Florida State and all of the other bowls in college football. Listen In and Call In!

Te'o is coming back!

After an extensive segment on The Notre Dame Radio Show, in which Jack Nolan and I debated whether or not Manti Te'o would declare for the NFL Draft, Manti announced that he will return for his senior year at Notre Dame. He made this announcement during the Ronnie Lott IMPACT Award Dinner last night, handed out to the best defensive player in terms of on the field and off the field character, in which Te'o finished in the top 3. Manti coming back is a HUGE relief, for the Irish defense who is already losing a few key players to graduation. The Irish play in The Champs Sports Bowl on December 29th against Florida State.

Just wanted to give a special thank you to Jack Nolan, who joined me on the show today to talk Notre Dame Sports. Unfortunately, my esteemed co-host, Christian Alfano could not join us for our great half hour segment. Notre Dame Basketball Play-by-Play Broadcaster, Jack Nolan and Notre Dame Basketball Beat Writer, Tom Noie will be appearing in upcoming episodes of The Notre Dame Sports Radio Show. Nolan, the play-by-play man since 2007, will most likely appear on Sunday, the time is not yet determined but we will keep you updated. Tom Noie, will be appearing on December 18th and the time is also not yet determined for that episode and again, we will keep you updated. We are looking forward to having both men on the show and we want you to listen to The Notre Dame Sports Radio Show!

Football Officially In Champs Sports Bowl vs. Florida State

Notre Dame has officially been named to the Champs Sports Bowl vs. ACC foe Florida State on December 29th. The Irish finished the season at 8-4 for the second straight year under Brian Kelly. Florida State comes into the game also at 8-4 and 5-3 in the ACC. Notre Dame dropped out of the AP Top 25 after a loss to 6th ranked Stanford. The game will be at 5:30 on ESPN.
